Kaizen Properties
Frisco, TX
Kaizen Properties is a group of short-term rental homes, and Concord House is the home shown here. The concept blends tradition, elegance and modern charm, with a nod to South Asian heritage style. Dark wood antique accents, classic cane chairs, brass and crystal sit against greens, reds and rich jewel tones. Textural wallcoverings, traditional rugs, velvet accents and linen drapery make each room feel homely yet timeless. From the living room to the bunk room and the pergola lounge, every space was planned so guests feel settled the moment they arrive.
The concept presentation for Concord House walked through every space on both floors: the living room, dining room, breakfast nook and primary bedroom on the first level, two bedrooms and a bunk room upstairs, and the outdoor area. Each room was developed with an inspiration board, a furniture, fixtures and equipment selection and a 3D view, so the owner could see the house come together before anything was purchased.
